I read this and wondered why… the only answer I have is that Google knows that little Indian kids will take part in a competition and do their best for their school. They better, or else their teachers will flunk ‘em. American kids on the other hand, just need big cash prizes before they can be coaxed to get up and do something that Google dare put on their home pages… they are after all doing something that someone in Google was getting paid to do, all these years.
