<p>I read this and wondered why&#8230; the only answer I have is that Google knows that little Indian kids will take part in a competition and do their best for their school. They better, or else their teachers will flunk &#8216;em. American kids on the other hand, just need big cash prizes before they can be coaxed to get up and do something that Google dare put on their home pages&#8230; they are after all doing something that someone in Google was getting paid to do, all these years. It&#8217;s not a new concept is it? Outsourcing to India for cheap, that is&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Q. Ever wonder why you always see bike racers zipping through traffic in India, but always on old cheap bikes? In fact, sometimes I think the older the bike the more they try and race with you&#8230; why is that?</p>
<p>A: they have nothing to lose. They&#8217;re idiots; they aren&#8217;t risking too much money, because their bikes cost nothing&#8230; and come to think of it, their lives probably aren&#8217;t worth much more either&#8230; there are of course exceptions, but they&#8217;re rare.</p>
